Wrist pain is a typical injury in boxing for apparent reasons but is also seen in cycling, racket/ batting games along with weight/ kettlebells training.
The pains can come from either impact or overstretch. Impact injuries are worked on by decompressing the compacted carpal joints with manipulation.
Special extremity techniques are used by the practitioners to make this safe and effective. These techniques work very well, and people are often amazed by the results.
For the overstretch elements, we use specific stabilising tape techniques seen often on professional Olympic athletes and tennis players.
